Veriscouts Community Guidelines

By using Veriscouts, all users certify their professional and/or actual working relationships with photographers, studios, agents, or companies when posting any reviews, messages, photographs, or other content. Veriscouts requires an email verification from a permanent, active email address for all users.

All users hereby acknowledge and agree that their use of Veriscouts is subject to the following:

• The expectation of mutual respect, honesty, and fairness for everyone in the Veriscouts community
• Only "one review" of the "same company" in any calendar year may be posted
• No public outing, shaming, name-calling, ranting, abuse, or rumor-mongering
• No illegal services, threats, profanity, or fraud
• Veriscouts is not a forum for reporting criminal allegations or criminal activities

If users wish to report violations of the Veriscouts Community Guidelines:

• Please flag the problematic post for us and we will then review. We will only process a takedown in our discretion if we are able to verify the violation is a breach of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use
• We do not act as judge or arbiter in any "she said, he said" factual or contractual disputes or unverifiable actions
• We will not tell you who wrote a review

Welcome to Veriscouts!

By accessing any of our websites, mobile applications, or related digital platforms (collectively, the "Veriscouts Platforms"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use along with the Veriscouts Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

Please read the below Terms of Use carefully which apply at all times to your interaction with the Veriscouts Platforms:

• Eligibility: You represent and warrant to Veriscouts that you are 18 years of age or older, you will only provide accurate and truthful information on the Veriscouts Platforms, and you will read and comply with the Community Guidelines


• User-Generated Content: You represent and warrant to Veriscouts that you have all rights, title, and interest to any text, photos, materials, and any other content you post or make available on the Veriscouts Platforms. You also grant to Veriscouts a perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use any of the foregoing content in the marketing and support of the Veriscouts Platforms. If Veriscouts receives any notice that any content provided by you or other Veriscouts user may infringe a valid copyright, then Veriscouts will investigate the request and may take down the applicable material.


• Third Party-Provided Information: Veriscouts has not reviewed all of the third party websites or service providers that may be linked to the Veriscouts Platforms and is not responsible for the content or any goods or services that may be offered, accessed, shared, or provided by or through any of these third parties. The inclusion of any clickable content or links to these third party sites does not imply any endorsement by Veriscouts of any third party. Please be aware that your click- through or access of such third party website or platform is at your sole risk and Veriscouts does not control or maintain the privacy policies, security policies, or any terms and conditions of use applicable to any such third parties.


• Disclaimers: Use of Veriscouts in no way guarantees any bookings or offers of employment/work. Veriscouts makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the veracity or accuracy of any information, content, or reviews submitted, posted, or commented on by its users


• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Veriscouts, its employees, contractors, service providers, licensees, and agents (collectively, "Veriscouts Releasees") from and against any claims, losses, fines, penalties, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or relating to: (i) any text, photos, materials, information, or content you provide on the Veriscouts Platforms, (ii) your use of the Veriscouts Platforms, and/or (iii) your breach or violation of these Terms of Use, the Community Guidelines, and/or any federal, state, or local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or court orders.


• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: USE OF THE VERISCOUTS PLATFORMS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL CONTENT AND ACCESS TO THE VERISCOUTS PLATFORMS IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VERISCOUTS RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO LOSS PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.


• Termination: Veriscouts may terminate your membership on the Veriscouts Platforms at any time with or without notice to you. Veriscouts may also suspend your account upon notice to you. You may delete your user account on the Veriscouts Platforms at any time.


• Validity: In the event that any term, covenant, condition or provision of these Terms of Use may be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions swill in no way be affected or impaired thereby, and all such remaining terms, covenants, conditions, or provisions hereof will be valid and enforceable and have full force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable part had not been included


• Entire Agreement: The Veriscouts Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and Veriscouts and there are no other verbal or written understandings, commitments, or agreements between the parties that apply to your use of the Veriscouts Platforms.


• Disputes: Any claim arising under these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. You acknowledge and agree that any court of competent jurisdiction will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or controversy arising from either this Terms of Use, the Veriscouts Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines, and venue will be proper in any such court.


• International: If you access the Veriscouts Platforms from a location outside of the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Veriscouts makes no representation that any content, information, or materials on the Veriscouts Platforms are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States, and accessing them from countries where similar services may be illegal is prohibited.

   • You may not use our platform if you are under 18 years of age and we do not collect any information about any individuals under 18
